Unfortunately, all handmade products are not accepted for returns, cancellations,s and refunds.

Please double check phone model before ordering. If the wrong models are ordered and made cannot be remade fro free. 50% of the original cost will be charged and need to return the finished product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
